We fill aluminium beverage cans from 150 ml to 500 ml — slim, sleek and standard bodies with 200 and 202 ends — so your drink can go into the format your channel expects. The line changes over between formats; the pilot and the production run use the same can you will sell.

There is no single number: the minimum depends on the product, the can format, the line and the pasteurisation mode. Cabinet pasteurisation makes small batches possible, so a test market doesn't require filling a warehouse. Yes. If you already sell a drink elsewhere, we can produce your existing recipe in the UAE — after checking that every ingredient is permitted under GCC rules and the label meets Arabic/English requirements. If anything needs to change, reformulation starts from AED 15,000. Producing locally can also simplify supply to the GCC; see market entry.
Yes, if you want us to. The UAE registration package is AED 12,000 per product (Dubai Municipality, HACCP, label review), and Saudi SFDA registration starts from AED 18,000 per product plus government fees at cost. We check the label against the registration file before anything is printed. We don't guarantee approval — the authority decides. Registration.
The recipe stays yours. You don't need to share a formula to get a cost range, and we discuss confidentiality on the call before technical details change hands.
