1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://360hub.ae (the "Site") and your communications with F&B 360HUB Trading & Manufacturing FZCO, a free-zone company licensed in the United Arab Emirates, trading as 360 F&B HUB ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Site, sending us a brief or enquiry, or otherwise contacting us through the channels listed on the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. What we do

360 F&B HUB helps food and beverage brands develop, register, manufacture and launch products in the UAE, GCC, MENA and India. Our services include:

• Product development — recipes, reformulation and targeted R&D;
• Regulatory compliance — UAE product registration, HACCP and label review, Saudi SFDA registration and halal certification support where applicable;
• Contract manufacturing and co-packing — including can filling and pilot runs, at our own and partner production facilities;
• Market launch and growth — packaging design, go-to-market preparation, retail and HoReCa channels, export documentation and ongoing support.

The Site is informational. It is not an offer, a contract or professional advice. An engagement begins only when a written proposal or contract is signed.

3. How an engagement begins

1. You send us a brief through the Site, WhatsApp, email or phone.
2. We evaluate fit and reply — for briefs sent through the Site, with a cost range within 2 working days.
3. If we proceed, we issue a written proposal stating scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule and applicable terms.
4. The engagement becomes binding only when that proposal, or a separate contract, is signed by both parties. Paid work starts under a contract with prepayment.
5. If the signed contract conflicts with these Terms, the signed contract prevails.

4. Information on the Site

We make a good-faith effort to keep the Site accurate, including prices, services and references to UAE and GCC regulatory bodies and procedures. However:

• Prices on the Site (for example, "from AED 0.23 per can") are indicative starting prices, excluding VAT, not binding quotes. The launch planner shows starting prices only. Final pricing is given in a written proposal for your specific product, run and materials.
• Regulatory information is current to the best of our knowledge at the date it was published, but authorities may change their rules. Registration decisions are made by the relevant authority. Rely on advice given under a signed engagement, not on the public Site.
• We may change or remove any content on the Site at any time without notice.

5. Intellectual property

All text, images, structured data, logos and design elements on the Site are owned by or licensed to F&B 360HUB Trading & Manufacturing FZCO and are protected by UAE and international intellectual-property laws. You may quote and link to the Site with attribution. You may not copy, mirror, frame or republish substantial parts of the Site for commercial purposes, or use our marks in a way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist. Automated access to the Site is permitted only as set out in our robots.txt.

Recipes and product information you share with us remain yours. Confidentiality for an engagement is agreed in writing.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or impersonating information through the forms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our infrastructure or our internal systems;
• run automated scrapers, crawlers or load-generating tools beyond what our robots.txt allows;
• copy our offer structure, pricing wording or proprietary materials to compete with us;
• use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful under UAE law.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data, including enquiries sent through the Site forms, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including WhatsApp, our call-booking page, LinkedIn and regulatory authority websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Following a link is at your own discretion.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". Outside a written engagement signed by both parties:

• we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement;
• we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components;
• content on the Site is not legal, regulatory, tax, financial or technical advice. For decisions about your situation, engage us under a written contract or consult an appropriately licensed professional.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages — including lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Site;
• for direct damages arising from use of the Site without a signed engagement, our total liability is limited to AED 1,000;
• for damages arising under a signed engagement, the liability limit in that engagement applies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law or your misuse of the Site, including reasonable legal costs.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the free-zone regulations applicable to F&B 360HUB Trading & Manufacturing FZCO. The Courts of Dubai have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Site, except where mandatory law requires a different forum.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
